D came to install my tv and check on appletv and why it didnt work. great installation and diagnostic efforts, however spple tv still doesnot work!

Ed and Dave delivered my new TV on time and with great attitudes. They were extremely nice, informative and ready to help me understand all the benefits of my new TV. I really appreciate their professionalism and their eagerness in caring to help me and complete a good job. These guys are a credit to the Geek Squad.

This was a truly positive experience. They took the time to figure out what was going on after we " cut the cord" from our old system. They reconfigured our system to make it incredibly better. They told me exactly what to say to our new service provider to make it work. They were professional and friendly and didn't make this baby boomer feel stupid.

The installer was extremely courteous and helpful. Corrected the problem and resolved a second issue on another tv.

My 5 year old Sony TV had a failure (probable backlight issue) but fortunately my service agreement with Geek Squad was still in effect. The Geeks came over and replaced it with a brand new one that performs better than the old one. The service was prompt, friendly and a generally pleasant experience. I don't often buy service plans but I very glad I did for this TV; so much so that I bought another for the replacement.

After the first 55" TV seemed to have so many problems, it was exchanged for a new 55" TV that worked so much better than the first one. Both were the same brand but the first must have had bugs in its newer technology.

The Geek Squad installation team was on time, and very professional. They installed the new television and then removed the old television and the packaging. I had no problems at all with the process of filing a claim and then getting my defective television replaced.

The original mount I had installed with my New TV purchase was defective. So I contacted store and choose a different mount and Geek Squad came out quickly and reinstalled new mount at no extra cost and did a great job

Geek squad replaced My CD player. The final component to my new &11K system. He went through everything to insure everything was programmed with the universal remote. Very knowledgeable.

Quentin and Robert mounted a 65" TV and associated component and reprogrammed a Logitech Multi function remote. They were efficient, knowledgeable and courteous.

The Geek Squad was on time, always calling pre arrival. They were very knowledgeable concerning the features and set up of the new TV. Also, they did a great job hanging this huge set on the existing swing bracket.
