Feels like airting on cardboard with some foam cushion. Too thin compared to chair it's supoosed to replace. Easy assembly though. Even sale price wasn't worth it

This is unacceptable for a retailer like Best Buy. I have been a long-time, loyal customer, but this experience has completely eroded my trust. I will not be purchasing from Best Buy again.

I tried to exchange for a different chair. But they refused. Beware... If your are a member with 60 days return, it is no 60 days, its 30 days. This is not Bestbuy, but a market place.
