Had to irder twice because fedex left it two floors down and someone took the first one. The second one that was delivered was left in the stairwell too.

The leg rest was fine but began to angle down after use immediately, the lumbar support pillow will fall into the space between the back and seat to where its useless and having this chair be able to fall backwards is to easy
