This is another Disney Upscale cash grab. The movie looks a little sharper and now has HDR but really not a huge improvement over the already good standard Blu-Ray.

I had seen this in theaters and loved how they made an obscure comic into an entertaining movie with a killer soundtrack. Watched this with family after much convincing that it "is not like the other marvel movies" and everyone was impressed. We quote the one-liners often now, probably to the point of annoyance.

When I first saw the trailers for this movie, I wasn't quite sure it was going to be very good. I am a Marvel fan so I took a chance and went to see it. I was extremely happy I did. This turned out to be a great movie. It had a good storyline, tons of action, and it was very funny. A great addition to the DVD library.

I thought this was a wildly entertaining film. I thoroughly have enjoyed the Marvel superhero rollercoaster and this one doesn't disappoint. It is all the fun we've come to expect Marvel to deliver in addition to even more humor than ever seen. Its funny and still has that 'edge' that makes it a great superhero movie.

I went to purchase the movie for my son. I found the blu-ray for a great price went to the register and remembered I had a balance left on an old gift card. When the cashier rung me up he said I had a $5 rewards coupon available and once he applied the coupon and gift card I ended up getting the movie completely free!

You may not believe it, but director James Gunn has easily handed us the best comic book movie ever in Guardians of the Galaxy. Tons of laughs, great action, and a stellar cast , help to create not only the best comic movie yet, but also herald the return of the space opera to the silver screen. This one's a must buy.

Guardians of the Galaxy is another fun, funny and bombastic Marvel movie. You may not know the characters of Star Lord and Gamora but by the end of this thrill ride you will care for both of them as well as their partners: Groot, Drax and Rocket. If you have a 3D capability, opt for that version. You won't regret it.

This is one of those movies I bought without seeing in the theater or renting first. From the recommendations of friends I just bought it and I was SO pleased. Fun action, great story and you really cared about the characters. And lots of good unexpected laughs. If you like the Marvel movies, you'll like this too!

Marvel knocks it out of the park again, taking a relatively unknown team (outside the comic community) to the big screen. Another great Blu-ray from Disney, with good special features, and great picture/sound. It will be interesting to see how the Guardians play into future "Avengers" story lines. Highly Recommended!

I purchased a home theater, system, dvd and hdmi cables all through the website. I went to the store for pickup and the customer service team was so helpful... Made sure the cables I bought were sufficient for the theater system, they were fast and they brought everything to my car. Very pleasant and easy experience.

I expected this movie to be good and instead it was great. I liked it so much and it's even more impressive that non-Marvel aficionados loved it. My sister in law, niece, uncle, everyone I've talked to thought it was minimum "good" and most think it was "great". I got the Steel Case version and that's very cool too.

Marvel studios at its finest. This film is a great addition to the near flawless Marvel universe phase series. Highly recommended to any fan of comic books, sci fi, comedy. You know what, to anyone really. This movie is for everyone. Great original cast of characters and actors. Production, story, acting is amazing!

Who knew that Marvel could knock it out of the park with two great super hero comic book movies in 2014! While this disc isn't loaded with a ton of features - it is cleverly packaged with 8-bit video game style menus and one could see that James Gunn (the filmmaker) really put this movie as a labor of love priority!

If you are a nerd like me, you spend most of your time nit-picking what's wrong with super hero movies rather than enjoying them. Fortunately, these are four unfamiliar characters, that I could just set back and enjoy. And enjoy i did. It has action, is hilarious, has a great sound track. What isn't there to like?

Guardians of the galaxy, may not have the effects and recognition of the rest of marvel universe movies, but it was a pleasant surprise. The characters personality and the movie plot is original and funny, not formulaic as some others. Totally recommended specially at the advertised price.

I enjoy this movie so much. My family and I would watch it almost every time it came on TV. Now we can watch it any time we want. The picture and sound quality is excellent, as one would expect front any Marvel Blu-ray. A must have if you enjoy Scifi, or marvel, or action/comedy films!

I am so happy I preordered this exclusive Steelbook edition. This is a great design at a unbeatable release day price. The Guardians of the Galaxy is one of the best movies of 2014 and this packaging is a fantastic tribute to the movie. This exclusive Steelbook edition includes the 3D version as well! A Must have!!!

Many have already noted the different feel this movie had from the other recent marvel series, and I found it refreshing and enjoyable. Definitely a classic I will re-watch often. The blu ray has funny blooper scenes and deleted scenes that didn't make the cut...most noticeably the "dance-off". Highly recommend it!

Guardians of the Galaxy is by far one of Marvel's best film. They don't spend much time telling the origins of each character and since not too many people outside of comic readers knows who they are, they were able to put the movie together with a little bit of everything. The Blu Ray looks great and sounds great.

I had heard positive reviews when the movie was still in theaters. The reviews were right! A very good story that constantly had me laughing. If you are from the 90's or 2000's you might not get some of the references and innuendos but it is still a great movie. Definitely a must have for any library or collection.
