Even as someone who read comics as a kid, I knew nothing about GotG. Was Marvel really going to make a movie about this D-list group? Well kudos to Marvel, because they made a fantastic movie. You don't need to know anything about GotG to have a great time watching this movie!

I saw this in the theatre and thought that the movie was pretty good, but bought the blu ray and watched it at home and I must admit, it was much more enjoyable the second time! With all the alien names thrown in the movie, I understood the movie better with a second viewing.

One of the best movies I've seen this year. I'm not a huge fan of the comic series, yet I thoroughly enjoyed this movie! The packaging for the Best Buy exclusive version was awesome as well. Just one more added bonus. If you haven't seen this movie yet, you definitely should!

To say Guardians of the Galaxy is a good movie is an understatment. It's fantastic. Besides the Avengers, I can't remember the last time I had so much fun seeing a movie. This was marvels biggest risk and it payed off. Thank you James Gunn, for doing justice to the Guardians.

this is on of the best movies to come out this year. They blu ray looks amazing. My only complaint is that Disney is really skimping on the special features on these marvel movies. That being said Best Buy had a great price and the in store pick up makes shopping hassle free.

Great Price, great packaging and awesome steelbook case. Best Buy Exclusive which makes it a great collectible item. Everything you receive inside the packaging is what you get when you buy the 3D Blu Ray / Blu Ray / Digital Download the only difference is the steelbook case.

Love this movie! Only wish there were a Blu-ray+DVD combo instead of the Blu-ray+3D but that seems to be the norm now. Bought them separately so we have Blu-ray for home theater and DVD for the car. Digital (Disney or Ultraviolet) is pretty much useless with the DRM on them.

This is for the STEELBOOK version, but the regular blu ray is the same movie and features. This is an excellent blu ray. The picture looks stunning and the audio is great. I really enjoyed hearing the old songs through my audio system. The steelbook is really nice as well.

This was a gamble from Marvel to put out a movie of unpopular Marvel characters to expand the Marvel Universe. It paid off! It was VERY well done. Great storyline! Awesome effects! Whether your a new Marvel fan or been a comic book fan for years like me. Highly recommend it!

Guardians is a great mixture of comedy, music, sci fi, special effects, romance, action, stuff blowing up, and feel good moments. I can think of 1 or 2 scenes that might be considered offensive to some, but nothing of significant "shock" value. I highly recommend this movie.

GOTG is, by far, one of the top movies to come out this year!! It is definitely the best of all comic book movies to come out this year!! It is every great genre rolled into one epic movie. Comedy, action drama, you name it. Not a single bad performance from any of the cast.

I couldn't wait for this movie to be released after seeing it in the theater. I only have one small complaint. The sticker on the movie says "sneek preview of the new Avengers: Age of Ultron movie, plus several other special features, none of which are anywhere on this DVD!!

I saw this movie in theaters and i loved it. now i saw in 3D and i loved it even more. love the 3D version. if you like 3D. this is the movie for you, cause the entire movie its in 3D not just some parts! the entire movie. buy it and you wouldn't be disappointed it trust me.

I hate to say it, but, the MCU really hasn't had a miss yet for me. We saw Guardians in the theater out of a sense of obligation, and ended up charmed and delighted and excited and amused as all heck. The cast is perfect (Vin Diesel's dedication to Groot is ridiculous) and the story fit nicely into the existing universe while showing us enough outside "our" world to provide a great playground for future films. So of course we picked it Best Buy's exclusive Awesome Mix Steel book edition and it's a great fit with our other Marvel films.

This movie was surprisingly good. I thought maybe it would be too childish -- with a raccoon and a tree as characters but both added a lot to the storyline. Also, I thought maybe Star Lord would be too corny but it worked. It was a very human portrayal of a group of heroes.

As with most DVDs, the quality is fine. If you like Marvel movies....this one is a good one to add to your collection. It also has enough adult humor to keep you interested and grinning.

With all the bright and vivid colors in this movie, I was greatly looking forward to seeing it in 4K HDR. It did not disappoint. The colors stand out extremely well and the audio mix is great in Atmos.

I expected I would enjoy this movie... but I had no idea how much fun it would be. The cast is great together or apart. The story is just enough in the right places. And the laughs are constant without interrupting the flow... it's an action movie first and a comedy second.

Loved this movie, saw it in theaters and just HAD to get the 3d version once it hit stores! Looking forward to enjoying the experience in the comfort of our home. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MOVIE!! 5stars Two Thumbs Up and every other great way of saying see this movie TODAY!!

Over Mother's Day weekend we all went to see Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 which my daughter didn't really want to see, but she went because I wanted to see it. SHE LOVED IT and she had to have this movie and she can't wait for Vol 2 to be released.
