This movie was a summer blockbuster and it's not hard to see why. Great characters, awesome soundtrack and funny dialogue. While the plot to "save the world" has been done before, it's really the interaction between the 5 main characters that make this film a classic.

I really love this movie. It has a great soundtrack, and the cast is very good. I know this is based on a comic book, but I'm not into comics, so it was fresh for me. There are some fun one-liners in the movie, the action is lively, and it's just overall a fun movie.

What can I say, it’s Guardians of the galaxy. Great movie with lots of funny scenes. Action was pretty much no stop and the characters were very well developed. Disc was in great shape.

One of my favorite MCU movies of all time!!! I love it. I can never get tired of watching this movie. The chemistry of all the characters and the soundtrack are all amazing.

This move is a great combination/balance of action and comic relief one liners. The chemistry between the characters work well together. Unlike most action movies, this one has a good story line and dialogue. Would highly recommend this movie.

I watched this movie twice in the theater, and loved it both times. The DVD is just as good, as I watched it three more times in the two days after I bought it. I insisted that my fiance watch it (she hates science fiction and comic book movies) and even she loved it.

As a comic book enthusiast, I can say not only did this MARVEL movie please us, but everyone else as well. It's simply an action-packed, clever and cute film that sweeps you up into its space-faring fun! This one has something for everyone and leaves you wanting more.

Guardians ended being a huge surprise to me. I wasn't sure how I felt going into but I had to see it because its a marvel movie. And I loved it. Way up there on my list of marvel movies. Has plenty of action and comedy. Great all around movie for any age and or gender

One of the most enjoyable movies I've seen in a long time. The mixture of humor, special effects,story line and acting was a welcome relief. Good for the whole family with some minor violence to keep the older ones interested. (but what doesn't have violence nowadays)

I really enjoyed this movie. It doesn't follow a whole lot of the traditional Marvel canon, but it was still fun to watch. Couple of cheesy one liners, but overall the dialogue and character interactions was pretty good. Definitely a good mix between humor and action.

We generally don't buy movies for our collection without first seeing them, but we made an exception this time. We were not sorry. This movie is a combination of comedy and action/adventure, with fun and different characters. Cannot go wrong in purchasing this movie.

It's certainly a fun movie that doesn't set out to take itself too seriously, much less try to make a political statement. It's a fun, fluffy movie that is fun, and has an engaging orchestral soundtrack, and there isn't anything not to love about Awesome Mix vol. 1.

This is one of the more unique and creative cases that I have seen for a movie. The steelbook was very nicely detailed and feels very durable. While it did have a lot of glue on the cardboard, it did eventually come off. A must buy for any Guardians of the galaxy fan

I couldn't wait for this movie to come out on dvd. I purchased it for my son for Christmas but the whole family loves it. It has great music which reminded me of my youth and the story as well as the characters was great. I hope they come out with a part 2 and soon.

It's been a very long time I hadn't seen an excellent sci-fi movie until I saw Guardians of the Galaxy. I'm not a critic who uses fancy words to describe a movie, but if you like adventure, humor and fancy worlds and space ships, you'll like this movie very much.

Great series saw all of them in the movies. this had a good price and I got it. this the first one and planning to get the rest. Will enjoy this one.

I saw this movie in the theater, and I purchased it the week it came out so that my family could see it again. It is a great movie, and a little different from your normal hero movies. There are some scenes that, while hilarious, are not appropriate for young kids.

There was big hype about this movie, so I was expecting a bit more. There were lots of space battles and lots of fights, which was expected, but very little character build. They were a bit 2 dimensional, but with that said, I did find the movie fun. I loved the Rocket character the most. As I understand it, this movie does fit into the Marvel Universe, so I take it as a bit of a side show. If you are looking for a deeply moving and intellectual movie, skip this. If you love the Marvel Comic Universe, grab it and enjoy.

This is without a doubt the best movie of the year. This movie tries to be the next major Space Epic and there is nothing wrong with that. Special features are pretty good. The Avengers 2 preview is unfairly short though, clocking in at just over two minutes. This boxed set is a pretty good value as it includes the 3D, HD and and code for the digital version of the movie. Trust me, choose to download the iTunes version, they have the best digital download service and they're not in any risk of being abruptly shut down.

This is quite possibly my new favorite movie. Great character development, great plot and awesome soundtrack! There's humor, a little romance, tons of action and the CG is so well incorporated that you don't even think about those characters not being real actors.
