My next favorite, (After Iron Man). The progressive technologies are so noticable in each years releases. I will review my copy of the sequel next, (As I received them both together). Great charactor and story. Just Big-Time Fun ! ! ENJOY -

Since I'm a comic book fan I really like this movie. It has elements of SciFi and Superhero movies combined. I saw this at the theater and liked it enough to buy a copy for home use. Additionally I bought the soundtrack CD since I really liked the music as well.

Not very often a sequel can be better than the previous one, but in this case, it was much better. The first GotG was freaking awesome as it is. The second one will leave you wanting even more. Can't wait to see if there will be a third one.

Comic books growing up had heroes who would throw out quips at the same time they were dispensing of the bad guy. Most of the comic book movies of late do not have this quality- however Gaurdians does! Chris Pratt and the raccoon are awesome...also my kids loved it!

Its a real compliment to Marvel comics and the manner that they brought this set of relatively unknown characters, and produced a fun action packed movie that can be enjoyed by all ages. I bought the 3D Bluray version and will watch it after I watch the standard 2D.

We weren't sure about this Marvel movie, but after we started watching it we were completely hooked. It is one that we will watch many more times. This movie has really good humor and awesome music. This is a family movie that will be enjoyed by any age. I am GROOT!

I love this movie, so much fun in the the theater and now to own it is great. I wish they would do more special features however. The Marvel Movies used to be packed with them and they seem to be skimping lately. I also wish it had been available in a DVD combo pack

Great movie for the whole family and the classic rock and pop soundtrack is amazing. Rocket and Groot steal the show. This is (Chris Pratt's from Parks and Recreation) big break out role to stardom. Guardians of The Galaxy is a must see for any Sci-fi fan out there.

Another Marvel Comic triumph in the series of Super Hero movies. Plenty of music from the 1970's. Great mix of non-stop action and comedy. A movie experience for the entire family. A must see. I can't wait for the second Guardians of the Galaxy movie to be released.

The steelbook case that resembles an 80s walkman is the kind of thing retailer exclusives should be. A very well thought out design. Now for the negative. It sounds like Best Buy greatly underestimated the demand for this and it sold out everywhere in a matter of hours. I hope they produce more of this steelbook cover so the people who really want it aren't forced to buy it on the secondary market at a substantial mark-up. I was lucky enough to pre-order it for pickup and that is the only reason I have one in my hands.

If your looking for a great sci-fi comedy, this is it! Had to have it for my collection. Special was good & gets even better every time I watch it. The 3d was ok and I could with or without it turned on. I even like the storyline, it wasn't as cheesy as I expected.

The movie did a great job introducing the audience to the wider marvel universe and really lets us know there are big things happening out there beyond earth in the Marvel Universe. The visuals and music are great and it keeps you entertained for multiple viewings.

Guardians of the Galaxy has an exciting, complex story, and you have to pay attention or you'll lose track of what's going on. The characters were really interesting. Going in, I thought, how could I possibly like a talking raccoon as a character? But he was great.

Guardian of the Galaxy is one of the best 3D movie that I saw,It has a lot more depth throughout the movie and nice pop outs,If you have seen other Marvel films and have been disappointed, this movie is great in 3D and you will be blown away by the 3D presentation.

GotG goes beyond just being a great superhero movie, it continued a trend of recent Marvel movies in being a great movie in general. I have to put it at the top of my list of Marvel movies probably because I went in with no real expectations. A definite must watch.

GOTG is fun thrill ride from start to finish that has you entertained the whole way through. The casting is perfect and the script was well done. The Avengers may be Earth's Mightiest Heroes but the GOTG are pretty cool too. Sit back and enjoy the movie in 3-D too.

The only difference between the steelbook and the standard edition of this blu-ray is the case, so there's no reason not to get the regular blu-ray if you can't track this one down--unless you're a hardcore collector of marvel steelbooks the case isn't worth the extra $30+ you'll have to pay on the secondary market. Beyond that, the movie is a great popcorn flick, with a funny script and perfectly assembled cast. If your a fan of the MCU and have managed to avoid seeing this, rectify that as soon as humanly possible.

So good I BOUGHT IT A SECOND TIME! (BY MISTAKE) Didn't pay attention and thought I was ordering Vol. 2. in 3-D which isn't available I guess. Didn't realize it till I was downloading the digital copy which said I already owned it. Duhhh.

This movie is going to be one of my favorite sci-fi movies of all time, right up there with "The Fifth Element". It's got action, comedy, stunning visual effects, a killer musical score, and a great story. It seems like the folk at Marvel Studios can do no wrong.

This was a great movie and cheaper than what they had it at hasting for. Used my points which made it all that much better and my wife really enjoyed the Disney awards. Over loved the movie glad i got it and will purchase more movies fromm best buy soon .
