The point of going to 4k on this title is the amazing color and sound that it presents. Colors pop off the screen and the audio is great, especially if you have a surround sound set up (minimum of 5.1). Purchase this.

I had heard a lot of good things about Guardian's of the Galaxy, but never got around to seeing it in the theater. I am glad I bought it and I'm sure it will become a movie that I will watch over and over again! It has everything that I enjoy in a movie, action, adventure, and humor.

It's a fantastic movie - if you've ever liked comics, of any sort, you'll most likely enjoy this film. But be warned, it is ONLY the blu-ray, there is no digital copy code included. So unlike, say, the last X-Men movie, you aren't getting a digital copy to watch on your iPad, computer, etc.

Great story, full of action and humor from beginning to end, and as irreverent as Marvel fans would expect. This new group of superhero characters is a great addition to the Marvel universe. Looking forward to the next episode.

The Exclusive Steel case that encases the 3d blu ray/ blu ray is awesome . replicating a tape walkman with "Awesome mix 1" tape. even the back of the case with the Vintage trading card sticker print is great. The movie is of course a must see (one of the best of the year) Highly recomended.

Fun-filled and as entertaining as Iron Man and Avengers. The special features could be a little more in depth but none the Phase one or Phase two Marvel blu-ray releases have great special features so this is actually on par with the rest of the Marvel movies. Still a high recommend though.

I'm not going to review the movie, but I highly recommend it. It's one of the top movies of the year. More importantly, the steelbook set is so sweet looking and reminds me of the good ole days carrying around a walkman. I highly recommend this edition whether or not you collect steelbooks.

This was honestly my movie of the year for 2014. I loved it in the theater and I love it at home. It was one of the movies I saw in 2014 where I walked out of the theater and said to myself that I would have to buy this on blu ray when it came out, and I did! Excellent movie in my opinion.

Marvel strikes again with this awesome movie. One of the most enjoyable movie experiences you will see this year. Great blend of humor and action. Just goes to show you that you don't need the top named superheroes to make a good comic book movie. Stop reading and go watch this right now!

When I first heard of this, I thought it was an Avengers ripoff in a way. Now I see why everyone highly recommended this to me. Great action, good laughs, fun times all around. I would highly suggest getting this movie, especially on sale, because marvel movies don't go down in price much.

I was looking to get my boyfriend a few movies that he had wanted to see for Christmas. I was not expecting best buy to have every single movie I was looking for for a cheaper price than Walmart but I was very pleasantly surprised when they did! I will never buy movies from anywhere else!

If you are a fan of the comic book like I am, then you are in for a treat. Spoilers!! This takes place before the comics when Quill first meets everyone. It a great cast with great production credits, a great music score rolled into a great store to keep the Marvel movies universe going.

I love the characters in this movie, all from different places but combined well to form a awesome team in a great movie. Great dialogue that goes great with the storyline. I would recommend this movie fun for all ages.

The movie was great and I would have rated it 5 stars, except that I had a couple of issues getting it to play. I have a blue-ray DVD player on my computer, but the disk wouldn't play. So I downloaded the digital copy to watch on my iPad. Worked great up to the last 10 minutes when the audio died. Shut down everything and rebooted my iPad, went to scene selection to finish the movie but sound was out of sync. Haven't yet tried to play movie in PlayStation blue ray player. Will update this post when I do. These issues may just be intrinsic to me - but we'll see.

GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY is a very excellent movie with lots of action and lots of great stars and lots of travel to different planets. Plus BEST BUY always have the DVD movies you want in stock. THANK YOU.

My girls are head over heels about this movie. They'd watched it over and over again. I guess it just keeps getting funnier each time they see it. According to my girl's the middle, convention part and ending were the best scenes. Like I said, "it just gets funnier each time they see it".

This was a great movie. It truly held me in suspense at several points. The characters also seemed like real people, which is hysterical since we are tlaking about a racoon, a tree, and aliens. I felt invested and connected to the characters. My kids loved it and so did the entire family.

Wow! Marvel just can't miss. Being a comic book fan, I never heard of Guardians of the Galaxy but watching the trailers got me to watch this film and it quickly became one of my favorites. All characters were interesting and the actors were solid. Great special effects and awesome scenes.

This movie was my favorite and most entertaining movie of the year. It was original with such funny characters. The story was creative and they picked great actors. This bluray was such a great deal at $19.99! It even had the 3D disk, even though I dont have a 3D player or tv. Great deal!

funny, entertaining, visually interesting, and brings in the infinity gauntlet story arc which for any comics book fan from the 90's will remember the series of the infinity gauntlet and thanos. :) and a surprise at the end of course after the credits. go buy the movie, you deserve it. :)
