One of my favorite movies from marvel. I am groot!

With over 20 films now in the official Marvel Cinematic Universe story line, it is an impossible and pointless task to pick favorites, at least for me. Still, from the moment the original 'Guardians Of The Galaxy' hit the cinema it found a soft spot in my heart that I imagine it will occupy forever. I love everything about this film - the characters, the cast, the loving attention to the original comics, the sweet and subtle tributes to the olden days of Marvel, the humor, the action, and on and on and on. 'GOTG' is a perfect film that holds up no matter how many times I watch it, which already has been a whole bunch. The Blu-Ray release is nice too, with some cool extra features.

Very happy with both 1 & 2 of Guardians of the galaxy. There is a blurp in the middle of the move # 1 that skipped to a different sequence so that is why I did not give 5 stars.

This is a great movie to own if you are MARVEL fan.

better than part 2 simply because of the soundtrack.

a great funny movie to watch with the whole family

This is one of the best Marvel movies they’ve made!

I must admit when I heard they were making a movie of GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY, I had very low expectations for a film about some not-so-well know characters from the Marvel Universe; I had to look up the characters as I have not really had much interest in them before hahnd. Now, after seeing the movie, I am more than glad to say that I was wrong, for GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY turns out to be everything you'd want in a summer blockbuster and more. This movie is a really fun romp. It doesn't take itself too serious, as you shouldn't either. That lighter aspect makes the movie much more watchable and entertaining from my perspective. It had stunning visuals, an OK storyline, better acting than some other Marvel movies. Overall this movie was fun, it had just enough seriousness to make for a very entertaining movie. I look forward to the next intsallment.
