X-Men, Spiderman, Fantastic Four, and their "trees" of charaters are firmly in the grasp of competing studios. So, MARVEL improvised with lesser-known characters. The result is an astounding success, and ironically gives them even MORE leverage. The film itself is a victory in originality, as well as one for the genre.

Guardians Of The Galaxy is a great movie with a great cast and origin that does not bog down the movie. Great humor, great effect, nice story.

Very fun movie to watch. and the sound track is great. The combination of sci-fi, action with classic tunes is the best. Hope they make a sequel.

It has great action sequences and a lot of fun humor. I wasn't that interested at first but now I'm glad I ended up purchasing it.

Suspend your disbelief, sit back, and enjoy the ride! There is a lot of funny interplay between the characters that keeps things interesting between the action sequences. The songs on the main character's mixed tape--a cassette that he plays on his Walkman--are a great nostalgia trip for those of us of a certain age.

This movie is so awesome. Originally saw it in IMAX 3D and was blown away. Just the right amount of humor, special effects and "excellent" music.

This movie is the bomb. Full of action,laughs and even a few tears. The characters seem real and have fun with their parts. Just loads of fun!!!!

I saw this movie in theaters and after I saw it, i just had to get it on blu ray. Very funny and action packed. Best movie of 2014 in my opinion.

As a fan of the Marvel movies, I wasn't sure if I would like this one (I'm not a big fan of Chris Pratt), but to my surprise... it was actually pretty good. As far as the Blu-Ray goes... no complaints here. Standard special features (I usually don't watch many of them anyway). Fantastic picture and sound.

Looked through all the ads and Best Buy had the lowest price on Guardian of the Galaxy on blue ray. Also, the movie is a excellent popcorn movie.

wish i got there earlier wanted steelbook edition but was sold out by 10:30 am. movie was fantastic. story was great actors was great 3-d is best

Just simply one of the best movies of the year.! I'm super stoked to own the bluray copy and look forward to enjoying it over the holiday season.

Bought the movie for my son's 8th birthday. He really enjoyed it. Although I didn't like some of the language and the finger, it is a pg-13 film.

This is easily one of Marvel's best movies and one of the best of 2014. It has everything: Great characters, action, lots of humor and cool plot.
