Guardians of the Galaxy 1 was such a surprising delight that it would've been tough to replicate. 2 is fun, and a joy to look at, but some of the initial charm has worn off. Still good fun, though!

As 2nd releases go this installment matches and in some areas surpasses the original.

I like this movie a lot but the story and characters were not quite the same as the first movie. I still enjoyed watching it, however nothing new in special effects. The kids will enjoy baby Groot.
