Very entertaining sequel that almost matches the original one

This is a good origin story, it was funny and action packed.

I'm a huge fan of the original and sequels always have me thinking no way can the catch lightning in a bottle again. But very few movies can say the sequel is better than the original and GotG 2 is one of those rare movies that is just that. Perfect in every way, Sound effects , visual presentation , one heck of a music soundtrack , Story telling , every thing works. Seriously if you want a movie that = time well spent and leaves you with a smile on your face, Grab this movie.

Bought this when it released knowing i wanted this in my collection, but then just recently it got added to Netflix, that makes me a little ticked but it won’t always be on Netflix. Comes with a digital copy which i should be able to add into Vudu, or most any of them i believe you log into your UltraViolet account and then choose an app for it to show up. I have Guardians of the Galaxy 1 on Vudu that i paid $5 for after a $5 Vudu credit for rentals that worked on buying too.

Better than the first. Love the Baby Groot coming back.

I was fortunate enough to get the Steelbook with the 4K, 3D and Blu-ray copies in it. This should be STANDARD on all titles that have a 3D version available (like Ghost in the Shell). Having stated that... I really enjoyed Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 2. The 4K presentation is stunning and the 3D is in a class by itself. The story gives a little more background on the characters, which I liked a lot. As was the first, this is a great action / comedy flick. Highly recommended.

Good, but not as good as first one, my daughter loves it.

The steelbook cover is meh, but the movie itself is fun.

I'm not going to say the the first movie was better. The first movie was so fresh and different that you kind of miss that from this movie because you know the characters now. I loved the smaller story to this. Being a dad it really resonated with me, it's endearing. That being said when the movie started I just couldn't get into the first 20 minutes or so. It felt like it was trying too hard. It was until they crashed on a planet that the movie started getting interesting to me.

“Riotous” good color in this 4K UHD. A real feast for the eyes. Love this series, as it does not take the characters too seriously ! And thanks Best Buy for getting me a good price on this!

Unlike most sequels, this is better than the original. The main characters have grown into their parts, but the best part is how supporting characters add texture, humor, and interest to the whole. The best parts are Yondu, Rocket, and Baby Groot. I resisted watching the original movie for a long time, not so with Vol 2. Don't wait. See it often and make sure you have a copy to stream. It never gets old, just keeps getting better with each re-watch.

Serious Marvel fan. We all really enjoyed this movie.

On par with the rest of the MCU!!! A no brainer to buy!!
