Really cuts out all the harmful blue light effects. Worth the money in my opinion.

Great blue light filter

My eyes started to bug me, when I would try to go to sleep after gaming I would stay awake for atleast another 30-45 minutes before actually knocking out. With these glasses I have been able to go to sleep sooner, and avoid the ache behind the eyes! Definitely worth the buy if your in front of a screen all day.
