I am using computer all day because my work and this glasses protect my eyes well.

I'm a little disappointed at the comfort level. They seem to put pressure on the temples and the arms are so thick that it is worse with headset. The lenses also lead to some glare and reflection of my own eyes when gaming which can be extremely distracting. They do work to reduce eye strain but the discomfort and distraction makes me not want to use them as often as I should.

It does what it says. I bought it for my boyfriend and he believes that it helps his eyes when he is looking at the screen or playing video games

Fit perfectly not to tight or loose. If you are looking for a overall frame width 140m+ give this one a try.

I bought the glasses to reduce the strain on my eyes at work. They do the job; it's not mind blowing but they do work.
