    I stare at a computer screen all day at work. When I started getting headaches and my eyes were feeling strained, I bought these. They really work. My only complaint is that they aren't very comfortable (they hurt my ears after awhile, but I'm not used to wearing glasses), but I no longer get headaches and my eyes don't hurt at all at the end of the day. While they are a little big/geeky looking, they do the job well.
