I had to keep reentering information. in the end it got the taxes done.

Easy to use tax software

This year was the first year that I often found myself dissatisfied with the explanation of many of the tax topics. Especially the changes from the new federal tax law.

Good software but needs update

This despite paying extra for state software. I did not know they were charging $20 for state efile, it's a big change from past years. It should be in large print on front of packaging. Opened packaging so cannot return. Used HR Block software for 20 years. Next year WILL NOT.

Seriously? Their customer supports never answers the phone.
