I did it again
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Last year I purchased this as a download. Everything worked well until it was time to efile. The codes I was given kept being rejected. I requested a new one and the same thing kept happening until I get an message stating my CC had been declined. It was at this point that I noticed everytime I tried to efile my Fed and State, I was being charged $20 and everytime they rejected the code THEY gave me, another $20 charge. I had over $200 charges. This year I figured I would by and actual copy of it as it comes WITH the code. Everything is going smoothly until I try to efile. The code included in the packaging is rejected. It states if this is in error please resubmit the code. Like an idtion I tried 4 times until I got a flashback from last year. Yup, currently $80 in CC charges from HR Block becuase they are rejecting the code they provided in their product. I am currently waiting for online support, I was #4 and have been waiting for an hour. I will NEVER use this software again!
