We have been using H&R Block for years and have always been pleased with the outcome. Waited until it was a Deal of the Day for a great price.

I used the H&R Block software every year for our taxes. Ordering it through Best Buy and getting the digital code immediately makes it so much easier.

Does what it says. Easy to use, makes doing your taxes less of a chore. Use it every year and will continue to do so. Definitely recommend

Package came and I opened it. Haven't used yet, but know it will be the superior product that H&R Block would put out.

Its easy to use but it doesnt to capture all Robinhood transactions.

The product was what I expected. This was my first BB digital download and the process went smoothly.

It does what I expect... I hope. I'm not going to recalculate everything to check.

This is the perfect tax product it is a great piece of software and useful in preparing your taxes

I like the software...however, my biggest complaint is I can't get the key code to work and end up having to pay to transmit my forms to IRS. It claims to have 5 free transmits but this is the 3rd year I have ran across the same issue...I have gotten it to work correctly after 3 hours of frustration...usually give up and just pay for it.

I filled everything out as promoted by the software. I ensured to purchase a version that included a State filling. The description reads that you can talk to a taxpro if needed but this is NOT included. You must spend another $29.99 if you want the advice of a tax pro. The single most frustrating aspect of this software was the need to pay for e-filing my state return! I could print everything out and send it through the mail but then I could also just fill out the free forms and mail those in too. The point of the software has always been to e-file and not disclosing that you need to pay to e-file for your state just angers me to no end. I will not use H & R Block software in the future and I recommend others stay away from it as well.

best tax software going. Was a long time user of the other one, but H&R Block is the best.

I am an experienced accountant and only chose this software because my boss passed and I didn't have software available at work for this tax year. I know how to file a tax return and I could have done this manually but I wanted to efile. First, I felt this software was extremely confusing to figure out where to enter things. Or how to find things again to enter more info later. Then, when I finally got it ready to file, I tried to efile. At first I got errors (SSL server certificate error) as soon as I clicked on the first step. After hours on the phone with support, they sent me new software and we uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted, etc. It got past the first place where it was giving me the SSL certificate error so I thought I was all set. Just wanted to check one thing with my state before I had to pay another 19.95 to efile the state so I hung up to research and actually file later. Walked through all the steps to efile, including entering cc info, hit send and SAME ERROR. After more hours (literally HOURS) on the phone, they escalated it to another support level. So 2 case numbers later, they said the next support level would have to call me back. So today, I get an email to call support back at a different number. The person I spoke with said technical support (and she was just customer service passing along the message and so couldn't tell me the issue) said I would have to paper file. WHAT??!! The ENTIRE reason I paid for software was to efile. She said "it's not guaranteed that you can efile" and I asked where it said that. She could not tell me. So now, I have to print and paper file my returns amid a pandemic or I have to buy different software to efile and do the whole darn return over. Trust me, I will NEVER buy this software again. If I could give it negative ratings, I would.
