Buy same every year because not too complicated and like the price

I've used this product for at least the past five years. It updates to include any changes to the state and federal taxes then goes step by step through the necessary forms. Keeps all my info together for quick access. When finished I can just print out the forms needed to submit.

I have been using H&R Block's Tax Software every year for the past 10 years. It is simple to install. It checks for new tax code and forms and makes the updates automatically. The software walks you through all the steps to file your tax properly. At the end you can e-file.

H&R Block tax software is very user friendly. You don't need to be an expert to do your own taxes. This item included the state return as well but I had to pay for the online state filing but you could print and mail for free. The federal filing online was included with purchase.

I use this every year. easy to use. Great product for the price.

We used Turbo Tax for many years. A couple years ago they changed their program requiring us to have to purchase the more expensive version so we decided to give H&R Block a try and have not switched back since. Great price as Best Buy Deal of the day. Could have a little more detail for business expense detail but overall,Very happy with purchase.

This software is very easy to use. I have been using H&R Block and its previous iterations for quite a long time. I also really like the donation estimator tool. I have on occasion used TurboTax, and although it works, I felt like it was not nearly as intuitive. Nice product.

This program was very easy to use. I was instructed step by step all the way. Since I have done my taxes with H&R, in the past. It gave me a peace of mind, knowing I can go in person with a professional tax preparer, if I receive any papers from IRS. They will take care of it.

I've been using this product for many years. This year I missed the discount deal for previous members, but Best Buy had it on sale for the same price. I ordered it online and picked it up at the store the next morning. Great way to shop online and get the product right away.

I have used this program for many years and have never had any problems with it. I have compared my use of this program with a fried'suse of another program and she has since switched. And the price Best Buy charged was much better than other stores. I am more than happy.

I have been using HR Block's software for many years. It works very well for many different tax situations. Lots of people love TurboTax but there's no reason to pay more when HR Block at Home does it all well.

I have used H&R Block software for several years and love it. I like the interview and efiling process. If you have MLP, it gets a little confusing. I wish they improve this to make it easier, even though it is contributed by the complex tax code. I still recommend it.

I have used H&R Block for several years now, and always been happy. I made the switch from Turbo Tax years ago. I have a simple return, with the addition of a small self-employed business, and H&R Block gets the job done. This is the first year (2016 tax year) where I found a couple of minor issues, but overall, still a great product.

I started buying H&R Block's software a few years back. TurboTax was sold out, so I bought it. I have been happy ever since. It does everything an individual or small business owner would need to prepare their taxes properly and accurately. I highly recommend it.

We have been using it for more than 10 years. It met our needs very well. This year, I also used chat service on a more difficult situation. It worked very well too, fast and quickly down to the solution. He made sure it was truly clear before closed up the chat.

I purchased this product because it was cheaper than Turbo Tax. I was able to file my return and a few other family member's returns. I had no problems. All the forms I needed were available. The downfall was I had to pay to efile the state return if I chose.

H&R Block tax software is simply the easiest to use, navigate, and file. I've tried a couple other programs, and the options with H&R Block are just better, it's worth the extra money versus the free programs online, makes filling state taxes a breeze as well.

Does exactly what it is supposed to do. I will continue to buy annual updates.
