I didn't realize it was a disc and couldn't use it because no CD drive in my laptop. H&R Block was not helpful in getting me a download option.

I have used the H&R Block tax software for many years, and this year it was much less usable than in the past. Calculated values often did not have links back to their sources, and calculations were not performed in some cases and instructions for those calculations were not included - and in at least one case you were told to go to a public library to get a copy of the IRS instructions. I will be changing tax software next year.

I wanted to give it a shot as I have always used Turbo Tax. The product did work but I thought the product was clumsy compared to TT.

I've used this product for years. This year it was Not completely compatible with windows7 as listed on box. You have to call their tech help desk to have them walk you through additional programming needed due to error messages. So their programmers did not do their job. I should not have to their job to make it compatible with windows 7.

I preferred turbo tax. Also be aware that you can use software to calculate state but will be charged 20 to file at the end.

Tax program takes care of basics. H&R Block should include the option to go back to this program to do a revised tax return.

The software is really setup for people with some sort computer and tax preparation experience. Need both to make it work.

Harder to use for me than turbo tax. More steps etc. Not clear on all items. Could not back up to see previous input

In the past have always used the TurboTax brand, thought I'd try out H&R and was disappointed. Finalizing was difficult and confusing, trying to print out a payment plan option was impossible, and it never really thinks you are done, seems like the software just kept cycling through reviews, and never said complete, was frustrating, I will be going back to TurboTax.

The programs are easy to follow and ask all of the pertinent questions.

Previously used TurboTax but bought H&R Block because of the price. Will go back to TurboTax

the downloading from brokers seem to be non functional. This is what fails year after year

Overall worked well. Filing states with this program is prohibitively expensive however.

It did everything tax software is supposed to do. It messed up the injured spouse form.

Average TV, not spectacular picture and sound. Terrible remote. Works fine. Looks nice.

Some more complex issues required me calling H&R for guidance. Pricing was good

Navigating thru the forms was a little harrowing but managed to get thru it.

I am not in a camera market ans dont know how to evaluate. looks good.

Complete junk. Wish I could have gotten my money back.

The software seemed to work well and did everything that was advertised. However, additional costs are ridiculous. Adding another state is more than the original cost of federal and one state. State e-file costs are also very steep. I will consider an alternative next year
