had a problem with one of the entries (education credit, return) & it wouldn't let me manually fix it, contacted "help" desk and they couldn't fix it either. Submitted it wrong & IRS fixed it.

Did not work on our new Best Buy purchased Lenovo Laptop. Manager did not want to refund us for this product. A huge hassle. Best Buy has become a hassle.

Incompatible with internet version, took the loss and used CreditKarma, free internet filing worth not using it. Hidden fees!

The state forms don't download, the online support was horrible and I never could get through to a live support person.

The software froze two times in middle of my tax prep. After numerous calls to H&R. They finally let me download a fixed copy. I was told they knew of problems

Had been a turbotax user for many years. Decided to give this a try. Did not like the program and ended up not using it.

It allowed me to fill out all of the information and then would not update to allow the taxes to be filed. I called H & R Block and they said they have been having software problems. They could not fix the problem, so, needless to say, time wasted doing the paperwork & not being able to file. Out the money for 8-12 weeks until they refund it & mailing it back to them. Have used them for years, & first problem. Don't buy this years program!

This product is about what is expected. Used Tax Cut last will most likely go back to Tax cut next year.

Do not purchase this product, it is utter garbage. I went through all the steps of filling everything out and was then given an error message and told I could not efile my return. So despite going through all the hoops, I still have to print and submit this return on paper. The money I saved on this product will probably be spent on postage for the two taxes returns. I wish I could have my money and wasted time back.

I had qualified dividends. The program did all calculations correctly EXCEPT at the very end it did not subtract the amount of taxes paid from the amount of taxes owed correctly. I called the techy and she tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with the program. I gave her the two numbers and told her to subtract. All she did was try to pass me off to a tax consultant when it was an obvious program problem.

Better off going to an account if you have more than just two W-2s. If you are self-employed it gets very confusing

Good tax software for the price. The added gift card was nice

Will not print returns on an Apple laptop called technical support spent hours on the phone with them and they could not fix I was able to e-file the return however could not print a copy of used a program for 15 years on a Microsoft PC this was a disaster this year

It's called Federal and State, and yet State costs extra. Also, even having used HR Block last year, nothing will import. Same with previous years TurboTax. Also, it won't look up your W2, even though it claims it will. Never buy a CD from HR Block.

Bought this because it was cheaper than turbo tax. Not worth the savings. Difficult to use. Said everything looked good but taxes rejected. Had to figure out on my own what was wrong and fix it. Going back to turbo tax next year.
