Extremely convenient to download and use the same day. I was thrilled to being able to buy this software here for much less than H & R Block's website was charging for this package at the time of my purchase.

I've used this tax software for the last five years with no problems. Support is very good even if you have a tax question. As always if you don't get your question answer consult an accountant.

I always use this tax program. You can save your returns and it will populate the form with last year's information and save time. Then you can send your return online through the program.

I should have learned my lesson last year when I fought to install this software. But here I am again fighting another year to get it to install. Absolute worse! Turn off virus protect, run as admin, great installs. But no way to install the state program. it fails every time. Want updates? Need to download and try to install them yourself (currently that isn't even working).

I have used H&R Block S/W for several years and even though I haven't used this one yet I expect it to be good as well. This is the first time that I'm using a digital download, I hope it works...

there is a key that you have to enter to make the software work, but no one tells you that in the email or on the order. that was a costly mistake for of my time and the geek squad time

Good for filing simple taxes but doesn’t provide all the functionality found in TurboTax unfortunately

The software was exactly what I expected, but installing it was a challenge. I could not get it to download from my Best Buy software library and could not locate the information to do this on the Best Buy site. I give 3 stars instead of 1 because I contacted Geek Squad and the representative was able to access my computer and download the file. Block has made this product less useful by getting rid of the option to load it from a CD. I will be looking at other tax software next year.

really love Best Buy price match program! Bought this a while ago and it just went on sale. Got the sale price! :) Haven't used it this year, but did last year.

I have been using H&R Block tax software for several years now. It catches errors and uploads the latest tax developments as you go along.

not the product with 4k and AniMe animation on the cover, so look elsewhere for that version. But, it is a solid build for a very small gaming system.

I have used H&R Block for years to do taxes, and I always get it from Best But. Great software and great service. Always a good deal.

Great tax preparation software. Decided to go with the digital version this year and save a trip to the store or wait for shipping.

Always love purchasing the software but this year I prob should have saved my money and filed for free. Oh well next time

Has everything it says and free federal upload.bummer they charge for state. Uploads from prior years which is great feature.

Always use H&R Block software. Watched for it to be on sale and purchased. Like being able to download direct.

Been using HR Block tax SW for about a decade now. It works well. Never had a SW issue. It’s easy to use and works like it should

Product was ok, but this year has problems where i had to call customer service and that was average at best.

I use hr block every year and this year was the first time i got it virtually the set up was easy.

Good product, poor service from HR Block. I have used them for years and service was never this bad
