I expected to receive a CD like I received when buying the physical version in the past. There is no CD. The only thing 'physical' about this version is getting the paper card that has the download key. I understand the necessity to adapt to current trends, but H&R Block/ Best Buy would have been wise to label this version something other than 'Physical'. I have not used the 2020 version yet, but have had good results with this software in prior years.
