Total waste of money. Should qualify for a refund but local Best Buy said no because it's an internet download product. Product's software not updated to include $300 deduction for qualified donations for standard deduction filers. Absolutely no customer service. No response to emails. One hour waits on hold for phone contact and than simply disconnected.

Thank heaven I bought this program this year. Thanks to Covid19 taxes this year have been really hard to do. Last minute changes in the tax code have saved me a lot of money. This program found them all. Highly recommended.

This H&R Block Tax Software did not contain the physical disc, as was in the description when I purchased it. I had to return it.

Software has improved since last year, but Still has some quirks which are very minor and can work around. I still think it is better than it’s competitors.

I ordered a cd because I wanted a cd yet they sent me a box with instruction to download. I was not happy.

The 5 stars is for Best Buy not the tax software. I installed but haven’t yet used it. However I have used H&R tax software for many years. Best Buy brought the package to me in just over 1 minute.

H&R Block is my annual go-to tax software. Instead of CD this year, I was provided a link and other information in order to access and download the software. I did not encounter any problems.

Quick and easy way to do your taxes, great for the price. Pulls in data from last year, saving a lot of time re-entering the same information. Built in help features work great.

Have been using HR Block software for years. Purchased the PC/Mac download (no CD). Went to GetHRBlock.com site to install. Installation using the key code went very smooth.

Pickup was easy and fast. Staff was very helpfull in finding required software.

Software works ok but couldn’t file electronically because it was rejected for wrong AGI. AGI was correct in fact imported from prior year. Also checked with IRS again correct AGI but still rejected. Had to file paper. Called H&R they said sorry sometimes that happens just file paper. This also means you can’t file state electronically. Think there should be some kind of rebate.

I have had no issues with this product. I did mine and my daughter did her taxes with no issues. I liked the auto update on the Fed tax codes.

this version is not a CD version. I suggest get the CD version.

I could not think of any other product that is more misrepresented than this one. I purchased this because it said "Physical Copy" as I would like to have the software for the future. Instead you open the box and find a piece of paper directing you to a website that does not work. You waited extra days to receive this, and it still does not work. I have all Taxcut programs going back to Andrew Tobias 1.0. This is the year to switch away from Taxcut.

Good software. Have used for years. Would give five stars if a "free" state filing included.

The only tax prep software I use annually, I've had no issues with filed returns

Love H & R Block, been using their DVD’s and now this download for years. Worked well no problems and would definitely recommend!

I have used H & R Block Tax Software every year and always get it at Best Buy. It is always in stock and the price is great!

Have been using this product since 1997. Easy to sue and not horribly expensive
