Good price for an excellent Tax preparation product.

Product was Easy to use and bought at a good price

Using this software is much better than doing taxes manually on paper. We switched to H&R Block this year after years of using Turbo Tax. H&R Block didn't seem to be as intuitive as Turbo Tax so we're going back to Turbo Tax next year.

Difficult time installing state software and real trouble getting downloads. Had to call HR Block to get help and had to go into computer library to change items. Once changed seems to be working

Honestly, if I could return loaded software because of horrible customer service by H&R and I would. Bought turbo tax and my life was much easier.

It is what it is. It could include more guidance. Last year the electronic filing part of the purchase never worked, hoping for a better experience this year when I have to send them.

I require a refund. Failure to provide code Monday as promised. More than a month without a download code. Lots longer than anyone should have to wait. Best Buy, don't sell product you cannot full fill with code to download that becomes worthless to a customer. H&RBlockTaxSoftwareDeluxe+State2021

Still has issues over the years. With that said, still better and safer than TurboTax and others.

Use H& R Block every year for my taxes. This year I had difficulty downloading the software.

You are better of buying Turbo tax. The H&R software was on sale for 50% off so I purchased it. It was a waist of time . Turbo Tax is much easier to process, I use the program and saved a little money and wasted a lot of time.

The product description says "software format physical". I expected a CD or something similar. All I got was a box with a code and instructions for how to download the software. I like to do my taxes on a PC that is not connected to the internet. My 1-star rating is only because the product description on the Best Buy website did not match what I got. I returned the product. I have used H&R Block Deluxe+Statue in past years and been very satisfied. So 1-star incorrect bad product description, but I do recommend the H&R Block product.

Completed my taxes for the tenth-plus year with H&R Block, but I cannot file them online due to a “bad gateway” error. Google results reveal that this is a common problem under Windows 11, and neither Microsoft nor H&R Block considers it their problem. (H&R Block says Windows 11 is not officially supported.) Never a great program, I’m disappointed to see this become unfit for its basic advertised use.

Code did not work. I had to call HR block for a good code.

Wrong code and had to purchase another tax online.

It cost me $371 dollars when it failed to transfer my charitable contributions made using RMD’s not allowed in federal but are in state. Now that I know I had to file an amended state return. They charge an exorbitant fee to file the state electronically. It can’t be that expensive. I will never use them again.

Purchased this tax software but had to return it because no one at Best Buy could figure out how to send me the link to download the software. I eventually had to buy it from walmart and was sent the link in a few hour.

Alway get Tax Program at Best Buy. It’s the program frustrations not Best Buy. No longer have CD and have to download. Little support to help, tried to call on hold for 45 minutes asked one question and put back on hold again.

Put in code to activate and a Premium/Small Business program installed. Couldn't import last years data because I used "Deluxe" Couldn't use the program and of course the tech support is closed until Monday
