    I love this software and have been using it for years, but l will never purchase it from Best Buy ever again. It took over 48 hours before l received my download for it and it was close to the end of tax season. I called several times to check on it and the customer service agents didn’t help to expedite it. I felt like a number when they told me they couldn’t do anything about it and I would just have to wait until it showed up. I asked for a refund and they wouldn’t allow that either until after l had waited the mandatory 48 hours. No where in the advertising for this product did they mention that it might take 48 hours for delivery. Unacceptable!

    I have vision issues and use scaling to read my computer screen. No matter how I scaled up my machine the text in this program remains miniscule. Which is not great when reading complex fine print for tax forms. Had to change my resolution entirely just to see it. For how much this costs I feel like it should have a simple front size option. Otherwise it worked fine and my taxes were accepted same day.

    Always use this and Best Buy gives me the best price with most reliable diigital download. Never had a problem with HR Block and my wife and I are high-end wage earners with a pension added in.

    I went to H&R Block website and started my taxes. I was up to $90 AFTER A FEW ENTRIES. I then purchased the desktop version from Best Buy for $34.99 and was able to complete my taxes without incurring any extra cost.
