Missing Key Form for Me

Overall I’ve been pretty happy. This year they decided to remove a form I need to claim the federal tax credit for EV charging hardware and installation. Form 8911 was removed from all of their personal tax products! This form is in competitors products. Customer Service said there is a note stating this form was no longer needed. Why?!?! I now have to return their product, buy a different product and redo my taxes and the taxes for an elder family member. I will no longer be using H&R Block going forward.

It must have been used by someone else. I don't know who the culprit was.

Easy to use but state wasn't so good

My state was another story. My return got rejected and i had to do it even though HR block said the return had no issues. Oh well.

Gets the software you need

But program would not update, as a result i could not use it to finish my taxes. I had to go back to turbotax online *sigh..... save your money just use turbo tax it may be more expensive tha. This software but you will juat have to use it anyways so why pay twice?

Purchsed federal and state, still trying to charge me for state. Now software is unable to reach H&R Block servers to file state after federal accepted. Now unable to submit with another company and they provide 0 useful support. I should of stuck with TurboTax

I PURCHASED HRBLOCK 2023, AND WAS UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD THE PROGRAM WITH UPDATES. WHEN I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS, IT TOLD ME TO DELETE THE PROGRAM AND RELOAD.
