Good tax prep, but WILL NOT PRINT properly on Macintosh. This has been a known problem for 3-4 years now and H&R Block has shown its contempt for its customers by failing to remedy this significant shortcoming. Looks like next year it's TurboTax

Could not download to my computer. Kept asking country language. Appeared in code could not read. Then said for read only format. I purchased turbo tax!

I have always used HR. This year I have found it not to be up to date with areas that it should already have the information available and loaded. Hopefully they update a correction soon. Not happy with this years version at all.

I've used H&R Block tax software for years. The last few yeats have been an issue with either downloading the program originally or updating it. Not sure I'll use it next year.

DO NOT BUY! IT DOES NOT WORK! After filing I got a message that my return was rejected, but not because there was a problem with my return, because there was a problem with THEIR reporting system. I was told to come back when the next update was released, update and retry. I did that with the same result. Next update, same result. Now I've submitted 4 times and worked on this for over 3 weeks and still can't get my return accepted and there is currently no proposed solution or update coming from H&R Block.

TurboTax is superior. The user interface, the customer service, the pricing. I thought I would be saving a lot by buying this as a deal of the day purchase but I was wrong. Still ended paying just as much if not more than TurboTax after all the fees. I did taxes with T.T for five years and never had any issues. Immediately after filing with H&R, my state tax report gets rejected. And H&R claims to assist when this happens but they don’t. Not sure how I’m going to get it fixed. So in short, use TurboTax.

Don't like this software at all!!! I used Turbotax, previously, and all you had to do was type in the form you had (1099-Q) it would pop up and let you enter the numbers in box 1, box 2, box 3, etc. This software does NOT!!! It refers you to IRS document 970....and you have to figure it out on your own. Only purchased it to do my daughters taxes bc it was cheaper. Yuck!

Useless had to re-buy the software, would not download correctly.

End of Feb and still not correctly updated for the Energy credit form. Next year will use different program.

Don't purchase unless you have a operating system that accepts the download. Microsoft windows S will not let you download the program because it isn't Microsoft certified.

For this year, 2024, filing was so bad on April 15, but it was resolved before the day ended. It won't let me file. Have doubts big time.

False advertising. State forms were included but not a free state filing. You don’t find that out until the very end after you’ve done everything.

Zero stars for not disclosing min os requirements and not giving a refund when it couldn’t be used. Disgraceful on BB & HR Block.

Lies, state is NOT included. My CC was charged 4x trying to attempt to send my taxes to get filed. Stay Away!

Have been using H&R Block tax software for several years and consider it to be a very dependable tool. It is very user friendly and thorough in asking the information needed to accurately complete your tax return and maximize your return.

I have been using Taxcut/ HR Block since 1997. It is easy to use and quite reliable. This version is sufficient for most purposes.

Best tax software available. I find it easy to use, with fast refunds.

Works seamlessly, especially if your a continuous user. Automatically populates personal information, employment, banking, charity organizations etc. Does all calculations for you and makes helpful suggestions.

Since I haven't used this product yet, I really can't review it. I have used this product previously, so I can say, previous editions have been really helpful.

I have used H&R Block tax software for several years and it is fast and easy and well worth the cost to save doing taxes by hand.
