I would give it a 5, however, there has been an issue, with downloading a form.

was not impressed. Needed much more insturction and the support is software support not tax support. We ended up having a tax pro help us finish. Very confusing. It also says +State leading me to believe one state filing was included. Nope! I had to pay another $20 for that. If I could return this I would.

Nope. Never again. We have been using H & R Block tax software for years, decades even. But because of the trouble they had with their servers that supported the submission of tax returns to the IRS and state on the days leading up to 4/15, I will never purchase their software again. There was no communication to users and I sat for hours on their chat line with no response. Highly disappointed.

H&R Block Failed this year! I knew I had to pay taxes so I waited till the last minute to file as many do. The program checked my return and said everything was good! So on April 11th I filed! The next day I got a notice it was "Rejected!" I was charged $19.95. I re-checked everything and filed again! the next day it was rejected again and I was charged another $19.95! On 4/14/24 I attempted to contacted the "Help Line" there was a 4-hour wait time! I am panicking, I opted for the "Call Back" option... stressing big time! I get a call back and find out they realized there was a problem with there software!!! WHAT??? They gave me a fix and submitted it a third time, again being charged another $19.95! Finally, not until 4/16/24, did I get a message it was accepted! I am still waiting for my (2) $19.95 charges to be reversed!

When I competed the data entry and initiated the federal and state electronic transfer, it said I had to update. So I went back to do the update, it said it was updated. So I re-initiated the electronic submittal and it did the same thing. It was a do loop. I tried again. I could get no where with it. I called H&R customer service and they sent me a link to a new version of the software. I down loaded that and it went through no problem. The customer rep said the do loop charged me the state fee four times. She said she would correct that. I will buy direct from H&R next year.

Do not buy at Best Buy with download. If you have any issue they will not refund your money.

I purchased the digital version and paid for it, after 28hrs I got an email telling me they could not verify my info. I have been BB customer for over 15 yrs. What BS….now they try to sell it for $10 more. Classic BB B.S

Does not include e-filing for state taxes. Complete waste of money. I could have filed 1040 ez and state for less elsewhere

Download directions were very poor. Cannot load to a flash drive, Can NOT backup,

wrong code was sent I had to deal with h&r block to correct the problem
