    I have used H and R Block for many years. The Deluxe includes a state program, but not a free state e-file. Federal e-file is free. I had a problem downloading from Best Buy site after purchasing. I suggest waiting for the HR Block confirmation email and following those directions.

    I filed for an extension, since I could not return at all. I tried but was told ther are NO returns on software. I did not know that when I brought it! Higher type of Best Buy membership didn't help any.

    I have been using this software for over a decade. Have always been very satisfied with the simplicity and thoroughness of the product. I usually purchase at Best Buy as the prices are usually very competative and the process simple and fast.

  • Review of HR Block Tax Program.

    The program asks for info on the Thrift Savings Plan disbursements and attempts to penalize us if we do not withdraw enough money. We have zero control on disbursements. That is done by the Thrift Savings Board,ie, the Federal Government.
