    Best Buy sent me the wrong activation code. When I tried getting support, I was advised that I would need to call the Digital Support team which was not in until the next day when I needed to handle the situation then. When I asked for a refund, they said "no". Not very happy with Best Buy.

    There is a problem with E-filing my 2024 tax return. Form 5695 for Energy Credit seems to have a glitch. I filled out the residential credit information correctly, and I keep getting an error message that I must check line 17e as YES when there are zero amounts on Line(s) 18b, 19e, or 20b. According to IRS's instructions for Form 5695, Line 17e must be marked NO if the home improvement is for new construction and you're supposed to skip Lines 18-21. I marked YES because the energy updates are for a 25 year old home. So there is obviously an issue with HR Block's tax software. I chatted with an HR agent and was told to wait for the latest update. I updated it and it still doesn't work. Now there's another update that's not ready until February 28th. After searching the web for this issue, this seems to be an ongoing problem since last year. This is ridiculous!! HR Block needs to address this issue immediately. If it can't be resolved, I would like a refund and invest in a different tax software program.
