H20 on iphone 4!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.H2O uses att network so if your on tmobile or att u can switch to this carrier. You can even change your phone number. People on tmobile using your iphone 4 if you swich you dont have to worry about jailbreak or unlock to use your iphone 4 because your phone thinks its on att network. Remember 10 dollars i just for the sim you have to pay additonal 40 dollars for unlimited minutes & texts or pay 10 more dollars if you want internet is only 30mb but thats enough for me. Facetime also works on it just reset your settings on your phone if it initially does not work. Great product was paying att over 130 dollars a month and i can now afford to buy apps hope this helped you

(Tip: Call AT&T and give them the IMEI # or the Serial number of the Iphone to make sure its not stolen. Call Apple to know if its been activated or to know how much warranty it has. Ofcourse if you buy from someone you don't know#. 2. AT&T Iphones DO NOT need to BE UNLOCKED OR JAILBROKEN to use H2O. Applications ARE DOWNLOADABLE. DATA WORKS A+++. BELIEVE ME! I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EYES :P 3.Buy your SIM CARD from BESTBUY $10dls and your PLAN $50 or $60dls card. You have to cut H2O sim card to make it a micro sim card. I used the micro sim card that came with my new phone to outline it with a fine lead pencil. Cut it with scissors carefully until it fits properly. Try not to cut the metall or chip #don't know the name#.Insert insede your Iphone. Call H2O to activate sim card or do it online. 4. Then got email with my new phone number. I called H2O USING another cellphone #hehe obvious# to add my 50dls to start using my phone. I called my mom from San Antonio Tx to Laredo Tx and voila. Perfect reception. 5. To use the data #internet# Log to H2O and CONFIGURE IT! There is a tab that says configure and a button that says GET DATA click it. Type your new number and submit Then you can start surfing! Yessssssssss! Dont forget to turn on the data option on the Iphone network! ;) for it to function #hehe). THIS IS MORE OR LESS HOW I DID IT. HOPE THIS INFO WILL HELP SOMEONE TO. HOPE. :) IT SAVES SOMEONE TIME AND WORRY. Im so happy with my Iphone and more happy for the price of the great WIRELESS service. H2O CUSTOMER CARE BY PHONE TAKES FOREVER!!!!!! I mean F O R E V E R ! ! ! H2O POLISH THIS :) I REALLY DON'T MIND THIS BECAUSE I CAN USE THE IPHONE FOR WHAT ITS MEANT AND FOR LESS MONTHLY CHARGES! YEYYYY!!! HAVE AGOOD ONE!!!!! ;)

Great Service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The H2O Unlimited service is great because it provides unlimited talk, text and web and best of all was able to use it with my iPhone. One thing it does not mention is that you need to go to http://www.h2oactivation.com to actually activate your sim card. It took me about 3 hours to find the right resource to actually activate the sim card and use it with my iPhone.

Not fit for purpose
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best-Buy delivered the H2O SIM card and $40 top-up promptly. Despite the fact that it claims on the website, and on the product packaging that it will fit any phone, including iPhone, it does not - they delivered just an old, big-sized SIM card. After a LONG wait for customer service (third call - sooo busy), they said TARGET stores have the stamping device to clip it down to a micro-SIM. Arrived at TARGET, no - dont have. Eventually I found a booth in a mall that could clip this SIM to size. Getting the configuration file to get this active requires WIFI - not slick enough to do it without. So finally, got the DATA capability - and tried to configure teathering (personal-hotspot on iPhone), NOT POSSIBLE ON H2O ! I have arrived from a developing-world country to the USA a few weeks ago, and this is sub-developing-world standard of service and product capability. I am so surprised how bad it can be. If I were Best-Buy (a relatively good retailer), I would drop H2O quickly.

works
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had this phone for myself and my daughter, when my daughter transferred her number out, I went to cancel the automatic recharge, but there's no way to do it. Customer service told me no problem and we wouldn't be charged. Well, they took money off my credit card for the cancelled phone and I had to dispute the charge. In turn, they cancelled my phone too and no one at customer service could tell me why. That was a day before our family went out of town, so I really needed my phone then! Since my number was cancelled, I can't even transfer it to a new service. This is really unfortunate because I used to recommend this to anyone who would listen.

Simple/Convenient SIM card
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Couldn't find the Net10 Wireless SIM but H2O isn't a bad replacement. Nearly as cheap and functions well enough.

DATA now available!!! Makes for a GREAT value!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My husband and I just made the switch to H2o Wireless since I am tired of being locked in a contract and need unlimited minutes (we have no land line home phone, just cells). They also offer a data option now in their monthly plans, which is PERFECT for us. You can access the web, check emails and send picture messages - just like all the big name contract carriers but without the commitment. Since the use the AT&T GSM network, coverage is excellent.

DON'T BUY UNLESS YOU LIKE HEADACHES
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought a Referb IPhone for $200 that came with $50 airtime card.Sounds good so far, huh.First thing I notice is the phone is in very nice shape, like new actually, but the charger wouldn't work...plugged into computer and we're in business.Did the online activation, got the return email saying I'm activated, but, nothin.Called customer service at about 11pm eastern, was on hold about 20 mins. before a young lady answered that spoke english fairly well (to my pleasant surprise) and told her my problem, she checked and said the activation failed, and that she would take care of it.So far,so ehh. Then we get to the part where I pick a plan."I want the $60 plan" says I.O.k. give me the card #...oh wait.that's a $50 card, you HAVE to have the $50 plan.So there's no way I can give you MORE MONEY!You won't take more money. This is the most absurd thing I've ever heard. They (supposedly)have no way to upgrade to the more expensive plan.I ask to speak to a supervisor...someone will call you back in about 30 mins.A very rude person did and insisted that I was being unreasonable and that there was no way to change it ,tough luck ,use the $50 plan and be happy with it.Apparently the $50 plan is the one that they make the money off of.They push it as "The Best Value"on their website but it's only 500MB of data...and that ain't S@#T! So fine,I'll give my money to AT&T or T-Mobile...I'm quite sure they'll take as much of my money that I'm willing to give them! (And then some) Shesshh! I thought Virgin Mobile was bad! Don't let these companies get away with it!!! Call the BBB in their state.Call your Attorney General's office and file a complaint. Call National Talk show host and consumer advocate Clark Howard. He has a team of people that'll work for YOU! Sometimes, just mentioning his name is enough to get things done.Don't just take it.Give it back to them!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this phone for my iphone 3gs it worked great had no problems with it. I am now moving to a iphone 4 and i have purchased a sim cutter from ebay. For like another $10. I am pleased with the service i previously had T-Mobile and i can definetly see an improvement in service. H2O is really Att so if you have had att and you are switching over dont be worried about service loss. I like the service i havent had to speek with customer service youtube will help you with anything you need to figure out.

H2o - Great deals but be careful
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I got the H2o kit for my mother, whom doesn't talk much so I put her on the paygo plan, which is pretty cheap she has $40, now she tells me that she needs more minutes because she anticipates using more minutes, so i say well then lets switch you over to the $30 unlimited plan, only to find out that PAYGO balance can not be used to fund monthly plans and PAYGO balance is depleted. Wasn't so thrilled.

Please don't switch to H2o
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I switched to H20 on 11/15/11, I paid $60 for unlimited talk, text and messages. December 1st my phone was disconnected, when I called customer service, it took me 1 hour to talk to someone and on top of that the persons that I talk to were so rude. When asked why my phone was disconnected? they told me straight that I went over my minutes. I told them that I have an unlimited plan, they said cut the phone because I did unnecessary talking that's why the phone was disconnected. When asked to talk to a manager, they refused. They told me to buy minutes so I can have my phone back, if not I have to wait for the 15 days until I paid my monthly bill. Stay with your metro or Simpole mobile.

Terrible Everything
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. At first I thought the price made up for the slow internet, it at first was and very long wait for customer service, However I started to notice that if I had a conversation longer than five minutes the call would drop, every single time. I finally decided to ditch the terrible service when they blocked my picture messaging five days into the month because they said I exceeded reasonable use. I didn't know sending a picture of my niece to five of my family members is considered unreasonable use. Great service if you plan on never using it. Also their internet service speed has seemed to get slower and slower. Don't waste your time with this, we all want a good carrier with a cheap price, this is a bad carrier for an expensive price.

Horrible service, throttling
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had high hopes for H2O service....but the data speed for me ranged between 1/4 and 1/10 of the speed on AT&T's network (I compared the services back to back with the same iPhone), the phone service was equally unreliable, then my data connection suddenly went down. I spent 2 hours on hold, waiting for a customer service representative. No one every came on the phone. I called back several more times over the course of 2 days...NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. I'm SO GLAD I didn't cancel my AT&T service. I am disputing the charge for my one month unlimited package, and I encourage anyone considering H2O to TEST their network before making a switch.

This Product does not work as promised
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this card from Towson Best Buy along with the $10 H20 Sim Card. I called the number, scratched the card and then they said sorry, your H20 account cannot be recharged. The card was never used and the 3 people i talked to also said that is correct, however there was no way for them to recharge the account created from the sim card, thus making the $60 I spent at Best Buy completely useless. The H20 Wireless Reps also gave me another number to call, I called that number twice and no one answered the phone. H20 Wireless is a subsidiary of another company but no one would let me talk directly to H20. Took the Card and the Recharge Card to Best Buy to ask for store credit, they REFUSED. I'm now contacting my credit card company to report the two charges as disputed. Went to T-mobile, paid $50 for 1 month prepaid and they didn't charge for the sim. Stay AWAY from this company.

h20 wireless is A PIECE OF ****
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The person who invented H20 should rethink this. How can you have a company with rude customer service reps who refuse to transfer you and hang up in your face. I thought the purpose of customer service was to help the customer not stress them out. I odered service with them after they told me my phone was compatible but was NOT. Tried calling customer service they said a tech would have to call me in 24-48 hr what the heck are you going credit me those days ugh no /? Then if you internet does not work YOU have to try to configure it. really? The customer service agents really are no help at all a two year old can say hay whats your name no i cant help you click. Then if you try to return something you have to get a return order number pay for the return yourself then wait 8 weeks to get ur refund..
