Mel Gibson shows us the impact that war has not just on the soldiers life but everyone living in it.

I really enjoy movies that are based in true life. Especially one that showed faith in God & all that is possible.

Good to see Mel Gibson back in the directors chair doing a war movie. Mel knows how to bring the reality, and action, of war to life in this movie of a young man who's faith won't allow him to carry a weapon into one of the bloodiest battles of American history. Good Flick

Loved this movie, made my family n I cry. I have mentioned it to a couple of friends n now they wanna borrow it..

Despite all the baggage Mel Gibson brings to Hollywood, this movie was a solid effort worthy of all the accolades and Oscar nominations it received. Andrew Garfield impresses as a serious actor and I look forward to seeing what other roles he will tackle on in the future.

This was a great Word War II movie about a solider who saves lives but without a gun and strongly believes in it.
