This is my favorite war movie. It's up there with saving private ryan and black hawk down.

A war objector decides to enlist to do what he could for his country. Those around him don't believe that & want him relieved of duty with a less than honorable discharge. He prevails & becomes a hero during one battle for high ground.

I love this movie. It's based on a true story which makes it that much better.

had read the story of this man and the movie does him justice. the movie is brutal so if you are faint of heart be warned. that said it is a great story of bravery and sacrifice. it would hard seeing today's snowflakes doing the same thing.

The 4k makes the battle scenes so realistic. A plus for any WW2 history buffs.

This is a really good movie and even better to watch it in 4k uhd blu-ray dvd!

Started off slow almost like "The NOtebook" story l. Got really good prob 1/2 hour into it.

If you aren't crying by the end of this film you haven't been paying attention.

Kove watching every minute of it as its a true to life story movie..must watch
