Great story of an true hero who served our country in a way that is true to his beliefs.

Gibson is a consummate storyteller. Hacksaw Ridge is an excellent retelling of Congressional Medal of Honor recipient Desmond Doss’s heroic actions to save his brothers in arms.

This was my 1st chance to watch a UHD HDR Blu Ray on my new player and new TV, so the experience heightened my enjoyment. UHD HDR really enhances a movie. The movie itself is really good, although it's very gory and anxiety-inducing.
