This WWII movie, based on actual events, is about a conscientious objector who proves himself as brave as, if not braver than, those who carry a gun.

Movie was great. Looks amazing in 4k, plus has a pretty in depth special feature covering the story of the main character and how the film was made.

It's an amazing story, but on a true story. The movie is great and to anyone who likes movies based on true events than you have to watch this story.

Honestly, this is the best war film since Saving Private Ryan. A truly warming story of compassion and love, Desmond Doss was a true American hero.

I found the film to be well produced and very well filmed. It covers in fair detail the actions of the first medic to ever receive the Medal of Honor for saving the lives of 75 of his wounded buddies during the battle for Okinawa during World War II. A truly remarkable man and an almost unbelievable feat of courage and dedication.

The movie based on a true story stands on it's own. The 4K video transfer is rock solid as well. The audio transfer is one of the best I have heard.

Not for gore fearing people. Not so much gore porm, but still graphic. This film has a great plot, great effects, and over all is a great film

Not a typical war movie. It is a true story about a man who wanted to serve his country, but under certain conditions. This is an excellent movie.

Very violent, but subject matter is such. One of the better war movies I have seen. Very compelling. Being a true story also makes it better for me.

Desmond Doss(a real life hero) was an awesome person and you could not help but love and cheer for him in this groundbreaking movie.

This movie is a movie to own and keep as collection. Great movie over all. True warrior, all heart. Gotta get this movie or go watch it in 4k.
