A powerful war film about a conscientious objector doing his share while not trying to perpetuate the violence. Best Mel Gibson film in along time.

The video and audio quality were fantastic on my new 4k TV. This is a really great movie. Coming with the standard bluray is very convenient.

Like a lot of people, I jumped off the Mel Gibson bandwagon after some seriously bad behavior by him, but I heard such good things about Hacksaw that I decided to give it a try. Despite the director, this is an excellent movie. All credit to the cast. A war movie that leaves you feeling some hope for the human race. Worth it.

The action is amazing and the story line is heart felt. It shows that all people can change the way they believe if only shown how.
