This movie is based of the true story of a hero of WWII. He didn't believe in using a gun. The story will make you cry and cheer.

A great movie with a great story of faith! Very graphic though. Not really something I feel comfortable showing my children.

Great story. Andrew Garfield's best movie to date. I watch this in big screen left with my phone in my hand ordering the 4k version

Awesome movie. Should be required watching for all the protesters including the Movie Stars who do not know what it means to serve.

Despite its blood and violence, it remains an outstanding and inspiring viewing experience. It is a must watch movie!

A great movie and a great story! Watched this movie once prior and new that I had to add this to my movie collection!

This was a wonderfully done movie that tells a story that needed to be told about the human spirit and the strength of ones beliefs

If you want to see a movie that excels in all areas of making a movie, this is the one to watch. It will go straight to your heart.

This movie is amazing. Telling the story of a soldier during war and his accomplishments was greatly directed by Gibson. Must watch

Those who have never been in war may not understand fully the brave actions of or circumstances that cause men to do what they do..

A quality bluray that tells the story of Dawson Dobbs and the importance and definition of being a hero. A definite must own story!

I saw the movie in the theater. I had read the story about the heroism of Desmond Doss in World War II. What a true American Hero!!

Great true story movie by Mel. Vince brought his comedic side to parts of the movie to make you laugh. truly an awesome faith film.

I enjoyed this movie and it is supposed to be reasonably accurate, as far as history is concerned.

Not for the faint-hearted. Excellent, well written, and well acted. Makes it more impressive that it's a true story!

Good movie to reflect what life is all about and to stand what you believe.

Prime example of a war movie made in the modern era, centered around a man's convictions to not bring about death and violence.

I really enjoyed this movie. It is a bit graphic and, of course, a dramatization of history but it is very well written and acted.

I liked this movie when I first watched it in theaters... The 4K disc blows that experience away.

Mel Gibson returns in the director chair and puts out this great movie. Very enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommended.
