A brilliant movie true story and the characters are great.

Good to see Mel Gibson back in the directors chair doing a war movie. Mel knows how to bring the reality, and action, of war to life in this movie of a young man who's faith won't allow him to carry a weapon into one of the bloodiest battles of American history. Good Flick

Really enjoyed this movie. First good war movie since Platoon and Full Metal Jacket.

Despite all the baggage Mel Gibson brings to Hollywood, this movie was a solid effort worthy of all the accolades and Oscar nominations it received. Andrew Garfield impresses as a serious actor and I look forward to seeing what other roles he will tackle on in the future.

Saw this film in the theater, watched the Blu Ray and now in 4K. 2 thumbs up !!!

A thought provoking movie about the horrors of war and the sacrifices one endures while holding on their beliefs.

As a member of the Army, I already knew this story and was really looking forward an adaptation to the screen.

Wanted to see this movie and best buy had it on sale because of new release movie was very good I would recommend
