This was my first "pre-order" purchase. Everything Best Buy did was right in line with what I expected. The movie is a good as advertised; however, there was an abundance of combat gore that isn't suitable for most viewers.

Fantastic movie! I love this steelbook. The design is awesome and the slipcover fits nicely with it. Overall steelbook had no damage!

This is a tremendous film. Much better than anything that's come out in several years. Mel Gibson again proved he makes some of the best movies and this true story of an American hero is awesome. Can't recommend it enough.

This movie was excellent. Even with all the blood and violence which is to be expected in a war movie I was captivated from the first minute. The story told in this movie was amazing and is one I would recommend to anyone.

Andrew Garfield's best roll yet, and Mel Gibson's top directed movie since Braveheart. Biggest surprise was Vince Vaughn. Oh, don't forget about Hugo Weaving as well! Must see if you like war movies with a love story.

I'm a big War movie fan and I really loved this movie. But my Wife also enjoyed it and she's not into War movies like I am. This is a very well-made movie and it arrived very soon after I ordered it online. A+ all around!!

Mel Gibson does it again. Delivers a spectacular film. Based on a true story, this movie is one I highly recommend watching. Very inspirational. The visuals and audio effects make you feel in the war.

This movie was amazing . True story and a true super hero movie . This man Desmond Doss should inspire us all. Superman - fake hero , Doss -Real hero. Mel Gibson is an amazing director and Andrew Garfield did a fine job .

If you recently upgraded to 4K and need a good movie to really see the quality difference. This movie is perfect. Not only is it a great movie but you feel like your in a movie theater. Completely shot and edited in 4K.

Saw this in a theater with really good audio and it was spectacular. Very violent, and has a lot of death. The disk does not include HDR. I recommend a quality audio system set to pretty loud for best experience.

This movie is a true story about a conscientious objector who served in WWII as a medic. It tells the story of how he did his part to save lives. If you have a good sound system, you'll really enjoy the action even more.

Mel may have gotten in trouble years ago, but he still directed the best film of the year, my opinion anyway. Great true story, fantastic battle scenes, fro mt he man who brought us Brave Heart, this is a real good one

Hacksaw Ridge is so realistic. This is the best war movie since Saving Private Ryan. The special effects are awesome. It also teaches one that freedom isn't free. I would like to thank all veterans for their service.

If you like exciting movies with accurcy, this movie is for you. The accuracy depicting action scenes and accuracy of actual events makes this a must see movie. I would highly recommend this movie to World War II buffs.

I admit it, I cried as I watched the movie. If you haven't seen it yet, you should. This is one of the most uncommon war stories that highlights the acts of one man who is a conscientious objector.

A very dark, emotional film. 4K Ultra HD disc allows those who have purchased a 4K HDR TV and blu-ray player to fully exploit the capabilities of those TV's--and it truly is a treat. Well worth the price of admission.

Hacksaw Ridge is a wonderful story of a conscientious objector, who refused to carry a weapon. He turned into a selfless hero by saving many American soldiers during the battle of Okinawa. I highly recommend the movie.

This is one of the best faith based war movies. Love the conviction demonstrated to stay true and trust in God for answers and courage in the faces of the most impossible odds. Had to own it in 4K.

A truly great movie. The backstory showing what Doss went through to even be able to serve is extraordinary. Don't miss this movie. But be prepared, it shows war as it really is.
