I really enjoyed this movie. The battle scenes were hard to watch. Another awesome example of the greatest generation. An inspiring movie about a very humble and heroic individual.

Picked up this disc after buying a Oppo 203 4k Blu Ray player. All I can say is the picture with HDR and sound with Dolby Atmos are stunning. Hacksaw Ridge is one of my favorites from 2016.

A great WW2 movie that looks even better on 4K! Lionsgate did a treat job on this release.

A really interesting and remarkable true story of this man who was a hero in WW2 during the battle to take Hackshaw Ridge in Japan. Well worth watching if you enjoy these types of movies.

Favorite war movie of all time! First time I watched it I immediately watched it a second time because it was sooooo good. Highly recommend!!!

As my hubby has been in Okinawa it ment allot to watch this movie. Great action and a real tear jerker. The best military film in a long time. True action and as far as I know true to life.

This should have won best picture. Just a great script and great balancing the war and religion in the movie. Lots of brutal war violence but it is a Mel Gibson movie so u should expect it

The Oscars have lost all credibility naming MOONLIGHT as best picture of the year. HACKSAW RIDGE was not only the Best Picture Of The Year, but one of the greatest war films of all-time. .

Courage can come in many forms. This movie is based on a true story and well worth the watch. Takes place during ww2 and can be a little violent but I would not call this just a war movie.

Best movie of the year by far. Amazing true story. You may not always like Mel Gibson's past but he has a true talent in directing that can touch thousands in powerful and positive ways.

Never was a fan of Andrew until watching this - possibly his career defining role and Vince Vaughn was a great co-star. A great story and motion picture, had to add it to my collection.

This movie has a great story split up into two acts that are very different from each other. Both of which look very good in UHD, but act two benefits greatly in comparison

Lionsgate does an incredible job with their steelbook releases. This isn't the most amazing but still looks great

I enjoyed this Clint Eastwood directed movie. There was much realism to help the viewer understand how an individual could be awarded a medal despite not seeking to kill.

Hacksaw Ridge is a war movie that is filled with visceral mayhem but by the time you finish the greatest memory is of the heroic determination and heart of the main character.

Hacksaw Ridge is a movie that will make you think differently about World War II. It goes in depth on the main character and what made him become who he was. I would definitely recommend.
