one of the best WWII movies I've seen in a while. I never new about Desmond Doss until this movie. An inspiring film based on a true story. Incredible bravery! I highly recommend.

I would recommend buying this movie on dvd or blue ray. It is very well made and based on a true story. This movie and story is just as good if not better than saving private Ryan.

I watched this movie on a whim, and quickly learned that I needed to buy it. With all if the special effects and great acting, I felt like I was on the battle field with them.

Great plot and cast. The movie looks amazing with HDR and the audio from the disc did a fantastic job with my surrounded sound. People say this alot but I felt like I was there.

My wife and I loved seeing this film finally. Based on a true story, this WWII based film about a pacifist was great. Human beings can be incredible creatures when it's called for.

I purchased this Dvd because it is based on a true story of one off America's Heroes from World War II. The copy has worked very well and we are happy to have it.

Updated my home theater system with new Yamaha. Nice that this one has HDMI connections in and 1 out to TV. It also handle my prehistoric VHS player (NFL Follies) and Wii.

Was looking for this movie as a gift and couldn’t find it anywhere. Walked in and it was sitting on the shelf on sale and it even came with the digital download.

Hearing about this movie had me thinking yeah right that cant be true but i was so intrigued by this movie and impressed by the bravery of the character. A must see and must buy!!

It followed history to a T. To much blood and gore for me, but the story plot was spot on. The soldier who saved his unit was absolutely amazing & made the bloody parts worth it.

Heck of a movie but was most blown away by the Dolby Atmos. I have an Atmos theater and this was one of the best titles to date to test out the system. Video and sound top notch.

This is a great movie. This movie makes you feel like you are there. Not many war movies that have come out recently have had that feeling anymore, but this one certainly did.

Andrew Garfield is EXCELLENT in this moving true story about Desmond Doss, a conscientious objector in WWII. Some scenes are graphic, so not appropriate for younger kids.

This has a few of the war movie cliches like they have to have one of each nationality of soldier and there is always one smart-alec as well. Great story and great acting

This movie is a war movie but also a drama with a love back story. It will appeal to a broad range of viewers. A story of courage and triumph against the odds during World War 2.
