This movie was well directed, brilliantly acted, and a joy to behold. I loved the story, he is truly an American hero. One of my favorites of the year, possibly of all time.

This turned out to be a WOW movie. Acting was great, special effects were very realistic and it even had a love story. Based on a true story, can't get any better than that.

This is a great movie considering it's a true story. I had never heard of this event prior to watching the movie. Lot's of action towards the end. This guy was a true hero!!

Hacksaw Ridge is one of the best movies I have seen in a while. I was not expecting to enjoy it as much as I did. The actors were awesome and would watch it again and again.

Highly recommend this to people who love war movies. A truly inspiring story and a wonderful performance by Andrew Garfield.

When he puts his mind to it Mel Gibson is an excellent director and this war drama proves just that. Well acted, well filmed, and well directed all make for a classic film.

One of the best war movies released. One of the best of 2016. The UHD is fantastic as well with amazing picture and even more amazing sound!! Five star..highly recommended!

Great movie that is based on a true story! Crazy to think that one would go to war without a weapon but with some faith it worked out!

Such a gritty war movie, and if you have a great TV/ surround sound set up..... it becomes that much more immersive!

I love this movie. I hadn't heard of Hacksaw Ridge. For all the WWII buffs this movie is up your alley. If you are learning about WWII then this is a good educational tool

The story told here is a powerful one. Andrew's performance is strong and resonates with so many people. There is a passion in the film that is hard not to respect.

Picture looked good. Sound quality was good. The beginning of the movie was starting of a bit boring but then it started getting better and better as the movie progressed.

Excellent movie and an overall good story. I like these movies where they tell a good story about strong individuals from history.
