I really enjoyed this movie. the acting and cinematography were terrific. this movie was based on a true story, which was amazing in itself. this movie is a must-see!!

Movie is well made, great story and almost too good to be true but it had to be true otherwise no one would believe it. Great performances but very violent and bloody.

Hacksaw Ridge is an intense movie. Loved every minute of it. Preordered from Best Buy, always arrives on day of release (most of the time day before barring any holidays).

This movie has romance, family dynamics and of course the horrors of war. Very intense and especially interesting because it is based on a true story. A classic.

Mel Gibson vision of war is bloodthirsty and realistic, but hopeful. Seeing kindness and bravery, self-sacrifice, and selflessness in such a brutal context is refreshing.

I have known veterans of this battle and from what they tell me it was a horror... This depiction is very moving and the story is an inspiration for any generation...

All of these steelbooks are worth the low price point solely because of how gorgeous they are

This was one of the best war movies I have seen. The realities of war were depicted well in this film. Mel Gibson definitely directed another Oscar worthy performance.

If it wasn't based on a true story, it would be hard to believe what one person can accomplish in the face of terrible adversity. Gritty and well acted.

The action in this movie was a big WOW I just couldn't imagine being in war and without a gun to help protection myself. Once again Mel Gibson did a fine job directing.

Very realistic looking WWII action and a terrific story make this movie a winner. HDR/4K picture quality was good not great and the Atmos audio soundtrack was very good.

This was a great movie. I thought the acting was on point and it made you think. The 4K was a stunner on the tv screen.

A conscientious objector serving his country. An exciting story about an Army medic risking his life to save not only his brothers-in-arms, but enemy soldiers as well.

Hacksaw Ridge is an instant classic! True story. Spectacular visuals. Great acting. Best Buy should have offered a SteelBook option.

truly a breathtaking cinematic viewing of a true to life story of a man that stuck to his beliefs and may have been punished for it but ended up changing so many lives.

This is a phenomenal movie that while sometimes gory as war movies are, can change ones preconceived ideas on what it takes to be a hero. Highly recommended.
