One of the best war movies ive seen! Great looking steelbook from lionsgate too

Based on a true story and a visual depiction of what war is really like. Highly Recommend!

Starts with a war scene and then goes back to show what lead up to the moment, that is when it is a little slow but stay with it, it is a great movie

I found the film to be well produced and very well filmed. It covers in fair detail the actions of the first medic to ever receive the Medal of Honor for saving the lives of 75 of his wounded buddies during the battle for Okinawa during World War II. A truly remarkable man and an almost unbelievable feat of courage and dedication.

Not a typical war movie. It is a true story about a man who wanted to serve his country, but under certain conditions. This is an excellent movie.

Very violent, but subject matter is such. One of the better war movies I have seen. Very compelling. Being a true story also makes it better for me.
