Based on a true story that will touch your heart. It was worthy of adding to my collection. It's almost as good as Saving Private Ryan.

It showed what it was like to be in war and not willing to use a gun to kill. but willing to save lives at the risk of one's own life.

TOO good a movie to pass up, the story is great, the actors are great, a real treat to see the change! Not going to ruin it SEE the MOVIE

the other being saving private ryan looks really good in 4K. Compelling story with great acting and directing nice to see Mel is back :)

Hacksaw Ridge deserved a Best Story nod at the Oscars! The story is phenomenal! Andrew Garfield did some of his best acting as PFC Doss.

And to think this movie was based on a true story wow . One of the bravest soldier that ever was .A MAN who stood up for what he belied .

The story was great and the action was real, I saw it with a relative that was in the pacific thater durin ww2 said the action was real

There is a lot of blood and gore but in actuality it was probably much worse in real life. Hard to believe this really happened.

when the trailer came out I didn't think I would like the movie but word of mouth convinced me to give it a try and I love the movie.
