Was ok movie. Was good story but exaggerated from real story.

First movie had to return since wasn't working. I wasn't happy I had to return it as it said it was boot legged and it wasn't. I still liked the movie thought.

The Samsung KS9000 has been calibrated by Geek Squad and the picture still has an line that shows up intermittently

I had to return the movie to the store because of issues with playback about halfway through the movie. There was distortion with the picture and sound. Unfortunately, the store did not have any additional copies to make an exchange. I've purchased many other movies from Best Buy, with no issues, so I would not even consider this to be a Best Buy problem.

I am very up set with the Geek Squad the down loaded to my computer webroot and they did not put the cd back in the box so now I have no more webroot.

The disc had a flaw half way through the film and had to be returned
