This movie is a story about a man sticking to his beliefs. I like movies based on actual events and Hollywood did a good job depicting the carnige of war. Still it is based on actual events.

Based on a true story, another example of the proverbial you cannot judge a book by its cover. Very dramatic and historically informative.

The Incontestable story of Desmond Doss. His bravery and commitment to his beliefs demonstrate human nature in it's finest hour. Enjoyed his personal appearance at the end of the film immensely.

I purchased this movie ,because I love WWII History. This is a great story about Andrew Garfield who is a medic, but refuses to carry a weapon into battle. This is pretty amazing stuff.

Watching Hacksaw Ridge, seemed like you really didn't have direction for the first hour and a half. As the movie continue, and you seen what remarkable heart that this actor portrayed reenacting this war with the Asians. I never knew someone would have such Valor and such bravery to do what he did in this movie. This movie is a definite must watch and I know whoever watches this movie will truly enjoy it.

This movie explores a part of the military we tend to overlook. It was refreshing to learn about this man, his beliefs and how he worked around them to show the loyalty he had to his country.

I was concerned when I heard that Vince Vaughn was cast in the movie, but I have to say he ended up doing a great job. All things considered it was a very good movie and well worth purchasing.

This is an extremely well done war film. It is gripping, it is terrifying, and it is an inspirational story. The acting is very well done. Overall, it is a solid 5 stars. Highly recommended.
