A Great War movie with a real hero that was un expected. I can't believe I've never heard of this story. thats the way it is with the Great ones. got to see it.

This movie has one of the best stories from real life that I have ever seen. As former soldier I saw myself in that same situation yet I took a different path. Great lesson.

This movie was well directed, brilliantly acted, and a joy to behold. I loved the story, he is truly an American hero. One of my favorites of the year, possibly of all time.

This turned out to be a WOW movie. Acting was great, special effects were very realistic and it even had a love story. Based on a true story, can't get any better than that.

Hacksaw Ridge is one of the best movies I have seen in a while. I was not expecting to enjoy it as much as I did. The actors were awesome and would watch it again and again.

Hacksaw Ridge is an instant classic! True story. Spectacular visuals. Great acting. Best Buy should have offered a SteelBook option.

When he puts his mind to it Mel Gibson is an excellent director and this war drama proves just that. Well acted, well filmed, and well directed all make for a classic film.

One of the best war movies released. One of the best of 2016. The UHD is fantastic as well with amazing picture and even more amazing sound!! Five star..highly recommended!

The story told here is a powerful one. Andrew's performance is strong and resonates with so many people. There is a passion in the film that is hard not to respect.

This movie has romance, family dynamics and of course the horrors of war. Very intense and especially interesting because it is based on a true story. A classic.

If it wasn't based on a true story, it would be hard to believe what one person can accomplish in the face of terrible adversity. Gritty and well acted.

I love this movie. I hadn't heard of Hacksaw Ridge. For all the WWII buffs this movie is up your alley. If you are learning about WWII then this is a good educational tool

Movie is well made, great story and almost too good to be true but it had to be true otherwise no one would believe it. Great performances but very violent and bloody.

Picture looked good. Sound quality was good. The beginning of the movie was starting of a bit boring but then it started getting better and better as the movie progressed.

Hacksaw Ridge is an intense movie. Loved every minute of it. Preordered from Best Buy, always arrives on day of release (most of the time day before barring any holidays).
