The movie that started the Halloween franchise and introduced us to one of the evilest villains ever; Michael Myers! Trick or Treating would never be the same. Awesome 4K release in an eerie collectible Steelbook featuring Michael in his dreaded mask and JLC as beautiful as ever.

A-rouuuunnnnnd! Easily my favorite movie. If you’re thinking to yourself “but I’ve bought this on dvd and bluray”, I completely understand. This is, however, a noticeable upgrade from the bluray, fixes past issues with darkness levels, and keeps the features from the previous anchor bay release.

This blu-ray is a major improvement upon my old DVD copy. The film still lives up to its reputation and the bonus features are fantastic. Highly recommended for fans of the film or anyone looking to introduce themselves to one of America's defining horror films.

If your a fan of John Carpenter's Halloween you owe it to yourself to get this 4K Blu-Ray edition. This is a 3 disc set with 1K UHD, 1 Blu-Ray & 1 Blu-Ray with original color timing. The movie never looked better!

This STEELBOOK is one of my personal favorites among my collection. Not only is Halloween the BEST horror movie EVER made, the artwork on this STEELBOOK is AWESOME and the fact that its now REMASTERED IN 4K at $17.99...... It's practically GIVEN AWAY!!! That is why I bought 4 of em!!!!

This is the remastered blu-ray version of this classic and the picture quality is great for a movie 30 years old. This version comes in either an amaray case or digibook. Halloween is a classic franchise that started the modern era slasher. Some would argue Peeping Tom. Halloween is great because it relies more on creep factor than gore to instill scares. So it should appeal to any fan of the genre.

This isn't the first time this movie has been on 4K, but it's the best transfer out there. The artwork is awful, and they should have kept with the original, but this is a must watch each October.

I bought the Lionsgate steelbook and I love it, but this Scream Factory edition is better. The picture quality is great and now comes with Dolby Atmos. The thick and sturdy cardboard slipcover is awesome too. Definitely worth the upgrade.

A must-see horror movie. This classic movie made Jamie Lee Curtis a star. The idea that a iconic character by the name of Mike Myers chasing after Jamie Lee Curtis makes you wanting to see sequels of this movie. This movie becomes a cult for horror movie-loving aficionados.

Ok, I’m not a big slasher fan but this isn’t at all as graphic as the films of the last 20 or so years. It’s actually kinda mellow in the intense scenes..which makes it tolerable to me. It’s your classic B movie. While watching it, I couldn’t help but notice the green leaves on the trees while brown leaves blew by the kids on the street. The final scene in the closet-who doesn’t hang clothes in their closet?Also scenes where the roads are dry and then they’re wet (must have rained during reshoots or something)...But I think thats what makes this film interesting to watch. I like the imperfections of the film.

One of the greatest films ever. I had just purchased the standard 4K set when I saw this was coming up. Bought with full excitement that a digital copy is finally available... but Lionsgate only offered it in HD instead of UHD? That was the disappointment. Other than that, the steelbook looks wonderful, and the picture quality played via disc is phenomenal. The lack of a 4K digital copy spoils this from being a perfect set.

One of my favorite horror movies. The one to start the slasher craze of the 70’s and 80’s. Yes I know we have Black Christmas to thank as well for introducing the POV of the killer. Came with a nice protector sleeve. And absolute must for horror/collectors.

I have so many versions of this movie and I just needed a 4K copy! It looks and sounds good if you have the proper player and TV. I watched it on my Sony Bravia and I was so happy with the picture quality of this movie from the 70’s!

First of all, this is my #1 fave film of all time! So of course, I have to buy every copy of this title. The 4K is no exception, although I do not have a 4K player... I was definitely buying this. I have heard from those who’ve seen it on 4K, that the image is squeaky clean and good for being a 70s film... the best yet!

John Carpenter’s greatest work both in film and musical score. They just can’t make em like this anymore. Looks and sounds great in 4K and the Steelbook artwork looks amazing. There are many Steelbook editions for this film, but this is the best one I’ve seen.

Did I really need this one since I already have multiple copies of this classic on 4K, Blu Ray, and DVD? The answer is YES! The film speaks for itself, but the cover art and slipcover are simply gorgeous.

I'll be bold here and state that Carpenter's Halloween is the greatest slasher film of all time. It relies more on the chills of seeing a silhouette far off in the distance rather than gratuitous amounts of blood and gore. It's extremely effective, and has, in my opinion, the greatest horror soundtrack ever as well.

This movie, as most of us already know, is one of the best horror films and still leaves a great impression on me after so many years. This blu-ray looks very good without any problems and audio is excellent as well. I love the cover for this blu-ray it looks really good, this edition also contains a booklet that i didn't expect which is cool. Overall good buy.

I’ve purchased this movie in every home video format, as it’s my favorite horror movie ever. I must saying that this version is the best one yet. The picture and sound quality are incredible. Another Shout factory score!!
